Ethio Wetlands and Natural Resources Association (EWNRA) finance staff training conduced for three days.
Commenced on Monday with the opening speech of Ato Afework Hailu, Executive Director of EWNRA, the training was mainly focused on the financial management issues across different projects of EWNRA.
Financial accounting procedures and documentations, Procurement policy and controls, Human Resources Management and property management skills were major topics of the training. The trainer W/ro Belaynesh Gemeda, Finance and Administrative Director of EWNRA has given the training with practical formats of financial activities.
Discussions were conducted right after the trainings of each topic. Finally other administrative issues within the organization were discussed and concluded.
